Honorary pallbearers are Boone County Search and Rescue, Boone County Fire Association and Blocks Body Shop and Wrecker Service.Īrrangements under the direction of Coffman Funeral Home of Harrison. Pallbearers are the Capps-Batavia Fire Department. Visitation will be Friday from 5-7 PM, also at First Baptist Church Harrison. He is also survived by his brothers, James (Eletta) Block, Clint (Debbie) Block and Cliff (Alecia) Block and a host of nieces and nephews that meant a lot to him, as well as all the friends he has made over the years.įuneral service will be at 10:00 AM Saturday, at First Baptist Church Harrison with Mike Conway and Clint Block officiating. Jerry is survived by his wife of 32 years, Melissa of the home four children, Christy (Ricky) Moore, Tony (Amy) Harp, Candi Smith and Tim Block 12 grandchildren, Brittany, Kacey, Kayla, Kelcy, Dawson, Slade, Marissa, Matt, Weston, Dustin, Emma and Issac and 5 great grandchildren. He was also manager of Blocks Wrecker Service for over 40 years. He served as a member and Fire Chief for over 40 years with Capps Batavia Fire Department. He couldn’t wait to get them all riled up and give them back to their Momma to deal with. He sure loved picking on his two little camping buddies. He also enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping. He and Melissa loved to ride their motorcycles, making sure they rode one day every month. He was preceded in death by his parents and twin infant brothers. The son of Harold and Jean (Kroamer) Block was born Jat Harrison. Jerry Block, age 62 of Harrison, Arkansas passed away Monday, at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center.
